@fijay #ooc It's what I like to do, I was in the Infantry and we had to be very initiative to be able to get anywhere, so it builds on you. @sp1tfire Oh I just want people to simply email me or DM me, it'll be easier then a actual chat.. I chat on so many places it's unreal. I not only have to look after RDN as a whole now, but I am also the support link for Ponysquare and it's software devs. @nosferatu Cabal was just busy a lot of the time, he not only had his studies, his job but he also had to try and juggle those around this place. He did the best he could, but he had to make quick decision's sometime.

@nosferatu #ooc Now then, I believe I interupted people enough, so let's just see what get's emailed over the next few days and see were we go from there. I'll have a looksie over the current guidelines and such and see what we can do to make them more integrated tomorrow. @sp1tfire A good admin team that thinks about the community first and foremost is a strong weapon for keeping a site togehter.

@nosferatu #ooc Yeah, I know that well, I've been around many communities over my last 8 years doing it. And I even did it myself, so I know what to look out for. Which is why I like things backed up with examples as well as evidence that I can see. @lighteningcrash No worries man, don't rush yourself, you seem to be enjoying yourself here.

@nosferatu #ooc Well so far the emails I have received have been from disgruntled RP'ers or just people who seem to have a issue with a lot of things. I am not changing something for one person, but even I have to admit what has been seen from their.. sporadic rants are indeed needing at least a looksie at to see what can make some aggravated to that side. @sp1tfire oh I know that well do not worry, hence why I want people to tell me. As Nos said, a few more guidelines, or how about a actual link to proper guidelines listed and layered? That would make things easier, with clear and to the point.

#ooc Please, continue your RP, this will be here to read a lot anywhoof it's simple information on RDN and RP. Basically, our great founder Cabal could no longer continue to keep his server up and choose myself to host RDN from here on, and @ceruleanspark to help me run it with him. Because of this, RP is also under me now. This means for all those that have been wanting a type of reform, or a type of help, you are going to get it. But be aware, it's going to take time. I have had emails and DM's already, it's apparent we have a lot of issues within this community, biasness within the community with not just users but others as well. (I of course will be wanting to see these others having such ways, evidence and so on, to help as best as I can) as well as a lack of much canon RP, I know that a change is nice, but users say there isn't a lot if any. So, if you have something to say or something to show and help fix RP, please email webmaster@rainbowdash.net or DM me with info.
