@mrmattimation Specifically it's an older Japanese word for fool/idiot (as opposed to the common and more modern "baka") because Holo's vernacular is meant to be reflective of her centuries old age (kind of like when you have characters in Western media using terms from Middle English to emphasize they're from or in a period that is centuries past).

@mrmattimation IDK if they were trying to do good but I get what you're saying. It seemed to me that they were just trying to make jokes. And even if they were trying to do good, giving an inadvertently horrible moral message to children is almost worse than not saying anything at all

@mrmattimation I think I met that dude's brother. Told me he was the official lot for the club I was going to a metal show at, charged me twenty bucks to park. Got half a block further, found the official free valet for the club, marched back and demanded my car and my money. Words were had. Money and vehicle were retrieved. I don't remember why this relates.
