@emofluttershy @emofluttershy There's been some discussion on the mnbronies page about getting together for a party the day season 2 starts; obviously the main point is to WATCH the episode, but everything else has been up in the air; Some have said they might be able to rent out a room at a library, others have said that we'd maybe meet up at someone's house, and well... Yeah. Very little has been nailed down to my knowledge, and that worries me given how close the big day is.

There is a band at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival that will play any song requested... for $5. I am willing to pay them to play Winter Wrap Up and provide them with song sheets on top of it. But I would like there to be at least 5 other bronies there. The band is the Dregs and they will be playing at Mac's Pub at 11:15, 14:15 (2:15 pm), 15:45, and 17:15. I am willing to do this for this weekend: Saturday Sept. 10th and Sunday Sept. 11th. I hope to see more than 5 people show up and at more than one show. See you then.
