@mcscx As I wrote already regarding duplicated posts: this is an effect of the "guaranteed message delivery" from #AndStatus side and "duplication problem ignorance" from the GNU Social server side.

Lesson learned from that: Do not assemble #IKEA PAX components right after unpacking. Put them somewhere to evaporate all the chemicals from the cheap plywood-ish parts. I had quite the headache after working with the stuff for a day, and both one of the helpers and my partner had an allergic reaction. Been sleeping in a different room for the past two nights.

Die neue Spiegel Online Anti-Adblock-Wall nervt. Du bekommst sie weg, indem du in uBlock die folgende Regel anlegst:

Erst vergeblich Adblocker verbieten versuchen (https://heise.de/-3538870) und dann mit der Brechstange - so nicht.

Projekt Gutenberg ist aus Deutschland nicht mehr erreichbar. Grund: Der S. Fischer Verlag hat sie in Frankfurt verklagt, weil sie Werke von Heinrich Mann, Thomas Mann und Alfred Döblin online gestellt hatten, die alle seit den 1950er Jahren tot sind. In den USA sind ihre Werke damit gemeinfrei.In Deutschland aber hat die Copyrightmafia es geschafft, "Tod plus 75 Jahre" als Limit zu etablieren (und, mit Verlaub, dafür hätten hier Politikerköpfe rollen müssen. Was für eine unfassbare Frechheit, so mit unserem kulturellen Erbe umzugehen, damit sich ein paar Einzelne bereichern können!).Pikanterweise hat der Verlag dafür die bekannte Filesharing-Abmahn-Kanzlei Waldorf Frommer beauftragt. So wächst mal wieder zusammen, was zusammen gehört.Projekt Gutenberg hätte jetzt nicht ihre ganze Site blocken müssen, klar, es hätte auch "gereicht", nur die 16 beklagten E-Books wegzumachen.
