I find it easier to keep apart the video's in everyday life when I refer to "That Youtube" and "That movie" as sepperate entities due to the HUGE library me and my friends see on day to day basis... "That movie" is actually a superset of sepperate containers while I am at it but that is diving too deeply into the subject matter I doubt you care about.

@purplephish20 And in a more meta sense, the rabid Doctor/Rose shippers being the kind of people in the Doctor Who fandom that I loathe the most.

@purplephish20 Well, one of the main reasons is that after about a season and a half, all of his nuances and quirks become flanderised in the extreme. He spends his first season looking soppy and doe-eyed towards Rose and the season following that whining about his loss (loss which, under RTD's pen, is repeatedly emphasised at the end of each series while soppy music plays and the Doctor looks disappointedly into the middle distance AGAIN AND AGAIN). Not to mention that Russell T Davies was so blatantly in love with the character of the Doctor that his evangelising of him comes to a head in a most literal fashion in season three as the Doctor goes Tinkerbell Jesus with the power of prayer to defeat the Master. And given that the end of his run was "I'm so great I command time" and his actual last words "I don't want to go" I want to climb into the screen and slap him shouting "STOP LOVING YOURSELF SO DAMNED MUCH".
