@aloriality The thing is, that circle isn't closed. The difference with the real world is that you can just jump in on conversations or whatever, and you won't be shooed away. In time you become part of the circle, even if at a point it seemed impossible. Each person who told you that you'd fit in has at one point gone through the same.

@aloriality They're worth so much because they were well loved and played with when they came out. If my Ninja Turtles figurines had turned out to be worth a lot later on I'd have no regrets playing with them and losing parts, etc.
