@angel Are you going a college where you'll know people from your high school? Regardless, college is different new for everyone - it's a fresh start with people from many towns, cities, states, and countries. Everyone's making new friends. I'm sure you'll make a few :)

@angel Nahh - don't think of it as hiding. Just spark conversation from time to time, you'll be surprised how easy it can be to have a chat with someone.

@angel Take it from me, most people enjoy receiving messages, and if you're bothering them - they'll either not respond, or letcha know they're preoccupied with something else. I've slowly built up the confidence to message a few friends at random (and at any time); took a while, but I've gotten used to it with these guys at least, and you'll realize that they appreciate the talk (regardless of the subject). (kay, it appears I've begun to ramble)

@angel I feel more socially awkward on the computer than off it, actually. I almost never know if people are annoyed at me through text on the web or lack thereof, you know?
