@miloth it's the arrow thing on your compass...make sure you set the quest to active

@miloth ok...sneak past that guy and the waypoint will send you through a door...when you're through...remember where it is...next room is large and has a large stairwell leading down to the ground...be careful...there are a could of mirelurkc on patrol...the waypoint will guide you to the egg cluster in this room...once its placed...retrace your steps to get out

@miloth trick is to stay crouched at all times...don;t be afraid to circle round them...at the end...after you've placed the transmitter...just run for it
