@fialvert When a clan cat dies, they go hunt with their ancestors in StarClan. They say that each star in the sky represents a clan cat.

@fialvert *nods, even though he never /lived/ in any of the four clans* A ranking system. A leader choses a deputy to succeed him/her. If the deputy dies, a new one is appointed. New leaders go to the moonstone to receive nine lives from StarClan. Keep in mind clans only have about 30 cats in them each.
