@techdisk42 Track down the main site for the distribution, then - it should give you a ton of information on its own. Some technical details [b]may[/b] be found on Wikipedia, though I'm not sure.

@techdisk42 For Linux, you should narrow it down to a common distribution/build, such as Ubuntu, Mandriva, Red Hat, etc... can't really help you a ton on the others, but I do suggest picking a version of each.
