@conjure yes i wouldnt mind a ride there still. !calgarybronies im really sad i misssed out on the BBQ but i had to be at work. my i was filling in for a friend who's wife just had a child. excited though to see everyone at the meetup. @vanillabelle if you dont mind bringing the plastic utencils and plates along to the meetup that be great sense out of everything we forget. thats the big thing. sounds like i missed out on too much fun.

@puzzlemint !calgary I believe that's the one, yeah. Personally I find it easier just to walk, it's almost a straight line west from 7th street station downtown but it's also 20-30 minutes depending on pace. Up to you. It technically starts at 5PM but the room usually isn't clear until 6 or we tend to wait until then. @conjure and I will also be slightly later then 5 since we're picking up Ikasama but we'll be there before 6.

@conjure I just got off the phone with the park people. They said that they will try to have the wood there for us. Apparently sometimes they drop it off early and people from other sites will steal it, which is why they don't charge for the service. So hopefully our wood will be there.

@conjure When I booked the site I requested they leave us wood in the fire pit. I'll call again in the morning to remind them since I booked this over a month ago, but it should be there!

@conjure I did my shopping too today! I got fresh salad ingredients, ketchup, mustard, cheese slices for the burgers, hotdog and burger buns, marshmallows, gram crackers, chocolate bars, my apple crisp ingredients, 1 pack of hotdogs, 1 pack of burgers (I got small packs because I figured others are bringing food as well) , cups, plates, utensils, napkins, BBQ lighter, BBQ cooking utensils, and 1 bag of chips. If you don't need me to bring the extra briquettes I'll leave them at home because I'll have plenty to carry as it is. I think between the two of us (and a few others who are bringing stuff) we should have it all. If you think of anything we need just point it out, I can get it in the morning. Oh and yes make a photo account for your ponies!!! :D

!calgarybronies @conjure YAY for you at being good at cooking with charcoal! All hail charcoal BBQ brony!! I'm bringing two smaller bags of briquettes, in case we need more. I'm probably going to be taking a cab home from Bowness to Dalhousie, if anyone is going that way they can come with me. Also I'll post my full list of what I'm bringing tomorrow, after I finish my shopping of course.

@puzzlemint @pseudoartiste When it comes to rides, it's mostly just @conjure with the car. He's just a nice enough guy to take as many people as he can. I've been abusing that and pretty much filling his car this point. Not sure if any of the other !calgarybronies even have vehicles, except our one Red Deer guy. If we have another vehicle, that would be helpful. We have the site until 9:15 and the bus going back to Crowfoot station goes for another hour or so. So that part isn't all bad. The issue is other buses certain ponies need to take. That's just my take on the whole thing though.

!calgarybronies Hi everypony! So the BBQ is now less then two weeks away so I wanted to get some of the details sorted out. Once again its September 9th, Bowness park picnic site 6, and I'll be there by 5pm but come whenever you can make it (we have the site from 3:15-9:15). No RSVP is necessary but I'm going to to ask if you know you can come for sure please send me an email at bbq.vanillabellepony@gmail.com just let me know your coming and if you have any diet/allergy preferences. This is just so I know roughly how much food to bring (but don't worry I'll bring lots in case extra people show up!). @conjure @neonlightning I'm glad family bronies are coming, that's cool! @phoenixswift *sniff sniff* you forgot me already? !calgarybronies @darcyblue Yeah, it was definitely the third meetup, not the fourth. Uh, no I definitely haven't started my costume. I don't really know the first thing about making a costume. I'm sure I'll think of something, though (I hope). A talent show, huh? Uh, maybe I'll figure out my special talent (and finally earn my cutie mark!) by the time that rolls around. 'Cause, as of right now, I got nothing. Maybe I'll try my hands at a rude stand-up act. Everypony likes those! @phoenixswift Pretty much my problem, too. @conjure There we go!
