@purpletinker Finally got power back this morning at 2am. Almost lost 120 dollars worth of frozen food. Lost the fridge contents though. worth about 30 dollars in comparison

@purpletinker Milk, OJ, fish, cheese, butter, and a few other things went bad cuz of no power for almost 3 days. Kept my freezer fine because I kept buying ice for it. rather lose 30 than 150

@delc17 good thing to plan in an emergancy is to keep old plastic milk jugs and freez them full of water so that if there is a power out you can slip them into your fridge and youll also have water if the pumps go
