@tenmihara I have the characters, and what i want to do, but i have no effin idea what the true plot is. lol. i dont know what CAUSES them to leave and go out on the journey.

@tenmihara pretty much, Princess Luna is ponynapped, and when they try to find her(even using a scrying spell), its as though she vanished off the face of the world. They conclude it must be someplace where the maps don't go... So they(my main characters) have to go across the sea to the kingdoms beyond Equestria to journy to The Lost World(yeah yeah. I didnt come up with the name. lol. I'm using someone elses map as a referance.(will be giving them credit. :3)) to find her. but i dont have a reason for why she was taken or anything like that... i need some elaborate plot or scheme the badponies have. but i got nuthin... idk if i even want to continue with this story anymore. i only got like 2 pages, and im going nowwhere with it. i may start over from scratch.

@brohoof94 Conflict is a key component in any story, but conflict requires motive. Motives can be anything from simple emotional disputes, all the way up to grand, egocentric plans of world domination

@tenmihara i've had multiple stories come up in my sleep. all of which i would get like uber far in and then have the most incredibly f-ed up case of writers blocke ever.

@brohoof94 That's unfortunate. I recently adopted a policy to work on only one project at a time, largely to avoid that problem
