Okay, I've assessed the water damage. It's not that bad, I just had to move a few boxes of heirlooms/junk outside to dry and throw stuff away that got too wet. All I gotta do is dry vac the place and let it air dry.

@pawnheart I live in Nevada, so it's a desert climate. That means summers are extremely hot and nigh unbearable. So my family has a few watercoolers/fans in our house to make things cooler. I went an hour ago to fill the watercooler in a closet at the back of the house. After I filled the tank up with a gallon of water, I pushed it so I could see the water meter (it's a closet, so naturally; it's going to be dark without any light). Next thing you know, the said gallon of water I put in comes gushing out the bottom and right on the bottom shelf. Yikes. I guess our watercooler has a leak.

@pawnheart Yup. Damage isn't so bad, and my family is moving again anyway. To a house with $700 a month rent.
