    Also, need advice. I was requested to provide a bid on a contract for a IT specialist position. I will pretty much be on-call and will be doing system administration & maintenance once a month. How much do you guys think I should charge per hour?

        @ladestitute If I had a Network+ and a Security+ it might be justifyable. But then again these people have a contract through another company, who has a contract with the Government.
