  1. I seem to do more genuine help to others when I don't go out of my way to help them. I think I should think on that more.

      1. @redenchilada: That is a fallacy. It is very well possible to be kind without straying away from one's own aims to do so. It is possible to teach by doing what you want to see done, rather than stopping to show another what they may think they want to know. There are people in this world who have the drive to stop to help others all the time. I do not. I want to help, but the times I yield for others seem to always backfire.
