@nvrrmbr Don't suppose you know anything about playing Video files on a PS3? Nopony else has been able to help me so far

@tenmihara I do, in fact, know something about it. What kind of videos? I have a Youtube-video downloader that auto-converts it to be able to run on PS3.

@nvrrmbr Okay. I direct downloaded all of the episodes (no torrents) onto my computer (they're .avi format). I copied a few of them onto a flash drive with the intent of playing them on my PS3 for sharing purposes. However, the audio is either playing way too fast or too slow (I get a bunch of screechy squawking), and the video goes in and out of lagging

@tenmihara .avi's don't work on PS3s. .Mp4's, however, do work.

@nvrrmbr Oh. Any way to convert them?

@tenmihara The one I personally use is http://preview.tinyurl.com/5ssmm3f Because you can set it to auto-convert while downloading. Windows only though.

@tenmihara Perfect. That should work like a charm for you. All you do is copy/paste the URL, and it should work.

@nvrrmbr While I have been looking for a decent YT downloader, will this thing convert files I already have on my PC?
Tuesday, 20-Sep-11 23:24:16 UTC from web-
@tenmihara Yes, it will! Included in the download is a converter that works just as well.

@nvrrmbr just one last thing; It's asking for url input to download/convert, so how can I get to my preexisting videos?
Tuesday, 20-Sep-11 23:30:38 UTC from web-
@tenmihara Included in the thing should be "YoutubeVideoConverter". Open that, and click on the three dot thing. Browse your files, find the one, and open it. Go down a bit, until you see "Convert to format". Just Scroll down to "For PS3", and you should be fine.

@nvrrmbr Somepony told me PS3 supported most formats, so I didn't initially suspect that to be the problem @_@

@tenmihara Unfortunately, such is the truth.
