@purpletinker Just remembered, you might want to send me a list of all the things that need to be censored. I can add a console in later so that you can enter in the words you don't want shown but it would delay the actual plugin by a good bit if I tried to put it in initially.

@macpony55 For now, just have it censor the word XYZZY. That should suffice for testing purposes. We will, of course, need the ability to edit the list of censorable words.
-
@purpletinker I'm getting sick and XYZZYing tired of these XYZZYing snakes on this XYZZYing plane!

@purpletinker Right, I'll make sure it gets in there. But I'll focus on the initial code right now just for times sake.
-
@redenchilada Sweet mother of XYZZY.
-
@purpletinker What the XYZZY is wrong with you?
-
@derpy I'll make sure that's covered
-
@derpy yup yup
-
@derpy I'm not really sure what just happened
-
@purpletinker One more thing before I begin, I assume you want the entire word covered? Leaving a letter might be a problem as it is still implied but it can also be done. And then there's covering up an entire message which would probably lead to some sort of uprising among the ponies here thus causing even more problems than the words themselves. So entire word as I would assume you would want and in a way so that the number of letters in it is undetectable or just every letter blocked except for the first?
-
@macpony55 I have no strong opinion on that matter. Do whatever is easiest. If somepony who wants things censored wants them censored further, we can edit it. Personally, I think censoring 'four-letter words' and the names of body parts is stupid.
-
@purpletinker It already everywhere, not like we're actually saving anypony from it. But oh well, good practice for me and would still be something to add to the site.
-
@purpletinker And, oddly enough, I feel the same way about people that can't hold a conversation without resorting to that sort of language.
-
@colfax I've been known to swear a blue streak. If you wish to think me unintelligent, that is your prerogative. :)
-
@purpletinker You should see me on other sites. Swearing is a norm for me elsewhere.
-
@purpletinker It would entirely depend on the reason, if you're doing it just to try and shock someone, then yeah, I would, but if you just slammed your hand in a car door or something, that's another matter entirely.
-
@colfax Swearing to try to shock people is just childish.
-
@macpony55 i don't get it
-
@fluttershy321 just a new thing purpletinker came up with for me to use as a sample word for a censor thing, thus it is now a bad word that must be censored despite the fact it has no existent meaning
-
@macpony55 =P
-
@fluttershy321 It's all in good fun, anyhow, goodnight !snuggles
