Had to call Virgin Media's customer service for nan, we got the problem sorted, but it was a pain in the arse because the guy could barley speak English. ><

@jinroh Eeyup. It's maddening that these customer support services don't make clear English mandatory before hiring people x.x

@leonkfox Yes, I had to call Comcast yesterday, and had the same problem. i made sure I pressed '1' for English. xD
