  1. We're starting mangoes about my desktop ponies again are we? Well, if you want to play, we can play.

    1. @ceruleanspark I DO want to play. The stupid thing never works for me though.

        1. @ceruleanspark You're coworkers don't believe in ponies. >:c

          1. @pinhooves They keep saying that I shouldn't have them at my age.

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:37:09 UTC from TTYtter
            1. @ceruleanspark Wait until they watch the show, then they'll encourage you to bring more brushies. :3

              1. @pinhooves I intend to just have all the brushies on my desk. Including the new recolors that aren't real characters

                1. @ceruleanspark Ice cream as a special talent...I want! :d

                  1. @pinhooves Yesterday was CptScoot's birthday and I didn't have time to get him anything. I also have no idea what to get him. Ideas?

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:43:12 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                    1. @ceruleanspark Maybe a brush-able or two? That would be nice. :3

                      1. @pinhooves He already has his favourite, and my skills aren't up to making a custom, so I'm not sure

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:45:43 UTC from TTYtter
                        1. @ceruleanspark Hmm, maybe one of the recolours? Possibly one that looks like his favourite?

                          1. @pinhooves Hmm, now I feel like getting him a gift. Maybe I could draw his ponysona? :3

                2. @ceruleanspark If that's the case, it's probably best you have coworkers that don't enjoy the show as much as you do. Else they may be tempted to "borrow" them for long periods of time (i.e. Foreeeever!)

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:45:45 UTC from web
            2. @ceruleanspark Also, it's your choice to bring brushies. Why should they be telling you what to do?

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:40:04 UTC from web
        2. @ceruleanspark Ooooh. Thought you meant the animated ones for your computer's desktop. Hey, I'd have the mane six out if I had a job and a desk.

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:38:43 UTC from web
          1. @fallinwinter I probably would get in trouble for that. I'm the IT guy, so I'm supposed to be setting an example.

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:40:48 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
            1. @ceruleanspark Nah! Yo're the IT guy, therefore you can get away with anything and pass it off as some computer-related thing, like compiling.

              1. @redback Like how I run RDN through the command line so it looks like I'm administering a server and not chatting to ponies?

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:45:07 UTC from TTYtter
                1. @ceruleanspark Crafty. That actually sounds interesting.

                  1. @fallinwinter Works pretty well. Also, you can connect it to a screenreader for narrated RDN

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:48:59 UTC from TTYtter
                    1. @ceruleanspark Actually, the only thing I think I'd like for RDN is auto-update to the page when new posts show up.

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:50:28 UTC from web
                      1. @fallinwinter There's a greasemonkey script for that called RDN Refresh.

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:52:05 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                        1. @ceruleanspark ...confound coming into the RDN community so late! I'll be off to look that up and finish a test, shouldn't take very long.

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 09:54:27 UTC from web
                          1. @fallinwinter You can use RDN refresh in Chrome, if that's what you're using

                            1. @ceruleanspark Naw, safari. *Get's wads of paper and other spherical projectiles thrown at him*

                              1. @fallinwinter Why would you do that to yourself?

Tuesday, 11-Oct-11 10:19:37 UTC from TTYtter
                                1. @ceruleanspark It was my dad's computer originally and because it was his, I didn't want to install anything else he get mad for whatever reason. By the time I did decide to just install it, I was already used to safari. I do admit tab movement is easier using shortcuts in safari though.

                        1. @macpony55 Thanks! I'll set it up after I'm done with this. Looks like I have to switch to my Firefox browser though.

            2. @ceruleanspark =P "I swear boss, having 100 ponies running around in my desktop's background doesn't slow down the computer at all, honest!" *Liarjack scrunched face and eyes*
