@ceruleanspark A friend of mine spent eight geology lessons building something in Trackmania instead of doing his coursework.

@redenchilada I loved Nations. Played the hay out of that. Figured I'd pay for United and see how it was

@ceruleanspark I've been meaning to get Canyon. The trailer looked amazing.

@redenchilada I'm hesitant to buy Canyon outside of steam. I'm hesitant about giving my credit card to random new companies.

@ceruleanspark I know plenty of people who've bought it with no problem, but meh.

@redenchilada The other issue is that I don't even know if I can play it. It looks so...good, and my macbook so...isn't.

@ceruleanspark I played Nations on a terrible computer, and I'm assuming Canyon runs similar specs.

@ceruleanspark I was a bit nervous when buying Minecraft, since that's not part of Steam. Although it turned out right, I still don't trust buying out of Steam.

@pinhooves I don't especially trust Steam in particular, I just don't like giving my credit card out to random developers. Though Canyon takes paypal so that avoids that issue.

@ceruleanspark That's why I was hoping to get a prepaid credit card while my parents were gone. I could buy things online, but only a certain amount. If I would have the money, I would reload the card.
