But I caught her again later. She was getting really annoyed now; I can be such a pest sometimes, I know. But I told her that I just really wanted to get to know more about her, that I felt a kindred spirit there. I was starting to give up, and told her I'd leave her be. I guess she sensed that I really wasn't trying to be mean or creepy, because she softened, and asked if there were any good places to shop. And we just sat there in her little hiding spot, talking and laughing about shopping, and clothes, and movies and plays, and music . . . I sensed she sort of needed that. From there, we opened up a bit more, talking about things we've experienced and seen, and about frustrations and hopes. And then . . . I woke up. To Monday. And, yes, it is being such a Monday. Why? *sigh*

@mrdragon Dreams that feel very real? Occasionally. Dreams that involve ponies? Rarely. Dreams that feel very real AND involve ponies? This was the first. And, yes, I'll be all right. It's being a frustrating morning, even without waking up from a dream from which I really didn't want to wake up. But I've made it through far worse just fine. :) Thanks for the reassurance, though! Always nice to hear. :)

@astra Anytime Sweetie ^.^, always here to stand by ponies. Glad to hear your doing and did do ok though, I've never dreamed properly for... a long time now. But I can understand why you wouldn't want to wake up.

@citrusrain @leonkfox It really was pretty amazing, I have to say. Frustrating to wake up from, but warm and fuzzy to think back on. This one is being slow to fade, too, so I'm happy about that. :)

@astra I was terrible. Then I went to the dentist. I'm somewhat better now I've rediscovered Trackmania (Every steam game I've played in the past month has begun with the letter T. What an odd coincidence). After an...incident last week I had to visit my doctor and get my medicine changed. Now I'm in some kind of withdrawal. I read about your dream. Interesting. I bet that's what Luna would actually be like.

@mrdragon Aw, sorry to hear that you haven't had proper dreams for a long time. I've had long runs like that, where I have just nothing. Then again, there are times when that's a good thing, too, as I get some really nasty vivid nightmares as well, and enough of them have turned out to be premonitory that they really rattle me. So, sometimes, no dreams is a good thing. :) But, anyway, how are you doing there this evening?

@astra I'm doing quite well, a bit run down on the energy side. But that's around normal for me as I no longer sleep correctly. But I got used to that a long time ago. How about you? What's going on with you this fair evening?

@mrdragon You know what usually helps with a lack of energy? A regular sleep schedule. /flogging a dead horse that didn't want to listen in the first place because it was stubbornly rooted in its old ways.

@metal Nothing. it was just a scale and polish job. Neaten things up. It just involves scraping your gums and the area between your teeth with a metal implement and then polishing them with a powered brush.

@citrusrain That could easily be. And I wouldn't mind at all if it resumed tonight! :D (Unfortunately, the only time that happens for me is premonitions, and those tend to repeat from different perspectives rather than resume, and I highly doubt that me having a bonding conversation with Princess Luna is a vision of something that's really going to happen in my future. ;) ) Ah, well. Though it's frustrating to wake up from something like that, I won't complain that I had it, and that it's sticking with me. :)

@ceruleanspark Ew! Dentist visits are no fun. Unfortunately, the alternative is even worse. (Going to have to visit one soon, myself, I'm afraid.) And you're going through withdrawals from prescribed medication? Yikes! Kind of surprised that they didn't at least wean you off a bit first. I hope that the doctor at least gave you something to help deal with the symptoms. Withdrawal can be nasty business. As for the dream Luna, well, I suppose that we'll find out soon enough, with the episode coming out this weekend. It sure felt like how she'd really be like, though.

@astra The side effect I was experiencing from my previous meds was, to put it medically "Greatly increased suicidal ideation", so it was in my medical interests to switch me immediately. They've put me onto another SSRI, so the withdrawals shouldn't be so terrible. They're just making me feel bad right now. I think she'd honestly value a friend who doesn't care that she's princess Luna.

@mrdragon Well, I'm about to break for lunch, actually. Been a busy morning of pulling facts together, documenting, planning and coordinating, and there will be more of it after I'm done with lunch, so we'll be ready to hit the road running tomorrow, and the sheriff deputies and sergeants that I'll be dealing with won't be any more grumpy and impatient than they usually are. :D As for your sleep, yes, unfortunately, I know that feeling of never quite sleeping right, and rather low energy, all too well. Well, I hope things aren't being too demanding on you, there, so you can take it easy, and try to recharge a little.

@astra A busy day for you it seems, I hope you have at least some fun on it ^.^ as for my sleep. I'm never able to relax fully, a bath and a walk can keep my mind at ease, but annoyingly working seem'd to do the job best. But getting a job right now is hard. Things will be fine though, I've been this way since mind term in the forces, and since I left things have gotten a little better over time.

@ceruleanspark EEK! Yes, definitely, a bad case of withdrawals beats death, to heck with medical interests. Glad they did get you on another SSRI to help soften the blow, and I hope this one doesn't react so negatively on you. I hope that the bad stuff from the switch subsides quickly for you.
