I stared at it transfixed for a moment, and sort of...turned to the side and dissapeared from view. I felt that it was "gone" when that happened, rather than merely invisible. I have never seen it move in any other way than this "inversion". The third, and most recent time I encountered the figure was in my current home. It was again, night time. I was in bed, playing Phoenix Wright 2 on my DS. (It was an import copy, if you want to figure the time frame for me). It wasn't particularly late, and I wasn't overly tired. I looked up from the console to see him standing in front of the door to my room. We looked at one another for what must have been minutes. Him looking at me, and me looking into that maddening void. I didn't cry out this time. I just stared into it. After a while he "inverted" and left. I haven't seen him since, but roughly speaking, I'm owed a visit soonish.
