      @purplephish20 I found it to be a game that didn't need to have Sonic characters in it. Take away Shadow et al, replace with original characters, suddenly it's a pretty fun title.

            @purplephish20 It generated hate because they gave the black hedgehog a gun, also Sonic was always considered more of a child's title so it confused a lot of people as to why the sudden turn in the series. Also because it wasn't that great a game in terms of using the awful Heroes engine.
