Call me whatever you like, but I don't know what's all the fuss about the russian bill. They're not saying "don't be homosexual", they're just saying "keep it private" as it should be with all personal/sexual life things.

@nerthos So you believe that our private feelings, emotions and states of being are not a suitable subject for art?
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony Is the correct grammar is or are?
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony I believe all fetishes and sexual life should be keep private.
-
@nerthos Well, at lest when not joking/discussing it with friends
-
@nerthos That is just not how the Russian bill will play out. It's not about the sex, it's about telling hundreds of thousands of Russians that their emotional life is not worth writing about. Remember that Russian literature includes masterpieces such as the Brothers Karamazov and Anna Karenina. Neither of those books were written by authors who considered sexuality too private to talk abaout.

@lilytheamazingfaintingpony "Are" was correct.
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony Its F*****g barbaric! Is what it is!!!
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony In another time, it would be bad. But right now, being the world as it is, the society too free to do whatever they like, we're falling into anarchy. As bad as it could sound, measures to ensure a certain degree of *classical* dignity and righteousness.
