Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:27:16 UTC from web
    1. @nerthos MSN was ruined in the first place.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:27:41 UTC from web
      1. @thatonepony No, in XP it works ok. In Win7 the layout of contacts is cherries, it has irritating things like facebook in the main screen, and the contact list is organized in three lines instead of one. cherries windows7, the system for retardeds.

        1. @nerthos I find that a) Offensive, b) Wrong, and c) the ramblings of someone who can't adapt to new things. The other thing is that you're even using MSN. It was bad in the first place, why is it surprising that the new version is bad?

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:33:16 UTC from web
          1. @thatonepony New things? Is something old and useful ruined. Like when you get your 70's camaro and put spoilers and dvd players. Now I have to mount a virtual PC on XP just to use MSN.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:35:17 UTC from web
            1. @nerthos Or you could just get an older version of MSN, turn off the auto update, and run it with an XP compatibility pack. Or, even better, stop using MSN. It's always been grapes, and it will always be papayas.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:37:30 UTC from web
              1. @thatonepony No, all the versions that can connect to the server are the same. I have to mount the virtual PC. I use MSN for lots of things, like some people with twitter.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:38:52 UTC from web
                1. @nerthos You know, @colfax is actually right. All of the functionality you could get out of MSN, you could get in a less papayasty form out of Trillian or the like.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:40:56 UTC from web
                  1. @thatonepony I want to be able to use my old nickname. I will not try a new program if there's a way to force what I already have to work.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:42:10 UTC from web
                    1. @nerthos Trillian links to an IM client, so you can keep all your old contacts and your old name and what not.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:43:55 UTC from web
        2. @nerthos Or you can just get Trillian and use all the IMs.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:38:29 UTC from web
          1. @colfax I'll just burn to the ground the first windows office that I can find to ease the rage.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:40:46 UTC from web
            1. @nerthos Between AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, and MSN I have almost 300 contacts, I'd rather just have one program up instead of four.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:41:59 UTC from web
              1. @colfax That way is justified, but I only use MSN.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:42:38 UTC from web
                1. @nerthos @thatonepony Heck, it'll even check your e-mail for you too

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:44:49 UTC from web
                  1. @colfax That's a problem. The main reason why I don't like 7 is that it does things for me when I don't tell the thing to do anything.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:45:43 UTC from web
                    1. @nerthos You can turn that off. I mean honestly, don't complain about things that YOU CAN FIX.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:46:33 UTC from web
                      1. @thatonepony I'm fixing things in this awful OS since 9 hours ago.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:47:54 UTC from web
                    2. @nerthos Well yeah, you have to tell it to check it if you want, otherwise it doesn't do anything.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:46:59 UTC from web
                      1. @colfax Ok, I installed trillian, now, how do I make color codes to work?

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:57:23 UTC from web
                        1. @nerthos No idea what you're talking about.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:57:52 UTC from web
                          1. @colfax Nickname color codes. In MSN I used [C=4] name [/C=4] for it to be red, for example. That's one of the things the new MSN can't do.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 00:59:12 UTC from web
                            1. @nerthos I think their forums would be your best bet to find that out.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:00:42 UTC from web
                              1. @colfax I checked that, and no clue.

                                  1. @thatonepony I tried it. It lacks the same functions as new MSN.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:07:51 UTC from web
                                    1. @nerthos Whatever, bro. If you don't want me to try and help, you should just say so.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:09:08 UTC from web
                                      1. @thatonepony I'm going for the virtual PC.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:10:45 UTC from web
                                        1. @nerthos Yeah, I got that.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:11:42 UTC from web
                                          1. @thatonepony It's jus that I'm trying to force this thing to change as less as possible from what I like.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:12:47 UTC from web
                                            1. @nerthos Like I said, unwilling to adapt to new things. Windows7 is actually colors more functional than XP, but because you want to avoid change as much as possible, you ignore the positive aspects of it. I guess what I'm trying to say is this: stop insulting things you have yet to actually use.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:15:49 UTC from web
                                              1. @thatonepony I found ways in wich win7 is better than XP, like the performance monitoring on the desktop. It's just that the win7 version of msn only substracts useful functions to add things like social networks.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:18:00 UTC from web
                                                1. @nerthos It's not only that, but you've been railing on the OS as a whole all night. I recently tried to use XP, and it's lack of functionality was ridicules.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:19:52 UTC from web
                                                  1. @thatonepony i only know how to use XP lol

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:20:41 UTC from web
                                                    1. @mushi You should really consider upgrading. It IS weird at first, but once you get used to it, you'll be surprised you ever used XP in the first place.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:22:09 UTC from web
                                                      1. @thatonepony my fatjer says he eill give me a laptop, probably it will have win 7. U use it sometimes in my sister's pc, i get completelly lost

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:23:29 UTC from web
                                                    2. @mushi Don't listen to him! Believe me, this thing is more a skynet than an OS.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:23:22 UTC from web
                                                      1. @nerthos well, as long as i can draw, its good.

                                                        1. @mushi Maybe you can draw, if the OS doesn't try to do it for you like half the processes.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:26:18 UTC from web
                                                          1. @nerthos well, i dont know anything about computers, it will probably keep just like it was when it was in the store XD

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:28:03 UTC from web
                                                  2. @thatonepony I managed to fix the OS a bit, but some programs can't be fixed.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:22:45 UTC from web

                                                      1. @thatonepony MSN, IE (wich I don't use, but meh) Daemon tools...

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:24:41 UTC from web
                                                        1. @nerthos Are you cherriesing kidding? I use Daemon tools, and it's so much better than the XP version. Not even close.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:26:09 UTC from web
                                                          1. @thatonepony Come on. It has a bananasing square in the desktop instead of the icon.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:26:44 UTC from web
                                                            1. @nerthos Maybe if you're stupid enough to use the desktop gadget.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:28:23 UTC from web
                                                              1. @thatonepony Man, I installed this thing nine hours ago. I'll need a couple of days to completely customize this thing and make it run properly.

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:29:26 UTC from web

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:32:13 UTC from web

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:34:30 UTC from web

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:35:32 UTC from web

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:36:40 UTC from web

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:40:00 UTC from web

Tuesday, 06-Dec-11 01:41:29 UTC from web
