@leonkfox Oh, that's a nightmare we all don't want to go back to
-
@leonkfox just hope you can drop back far enough to hit second place in the explosion, if not have it target them
-
@ponyveteran The item balancing in Mario Kart Wii all but ruined it for me, I had some fun times playing it in local multiplayer, but it's still my least favourite game in the series.
-
@traptin85 Not always possible, often when they get fired I have quite a considerable lead most of the time when they're fired, they wouldn't catch up with me before it struck, even if I came to a complete stop.
-
@leonkfox The other ones were more fun and balanced but i do like to play the Wii version when i have nothing else to do, the chaos that's created...Ooh...that's mayhem
-
@ponyveteran There's always been a degree of luck involved in playing Mario Kart, as well as chaos. They were right from the beginning, but in Mario Kart Wii there was WAYYY too much of it. I've never played a kart racer where one could soar from the front to the back of the pack so quickly and frequently in all my days.

@leonkfox It's totally unreasonable why they put so much effort into making a great game into something filled with unbalanced chaos and complete randomness that would change how some people look at mario kart.
