@fluttershy321 they were in our attic and we are leaving for Florida, if we had left them and they chewed through a wire or something then the whole house could've burned down, we were able to catch and release one but the other two refused to enter the trap

@fluttershy321 I was really just acting on adrenaline, I walked outside holding a net and a bb gun hoping I would be able to use the net, I had previously walked out like this and circled the house maybe 5 times before throughout the day without success, but this time they were right there and the adrenaline kicked in and when I couldn't get them with the net I just shot. It all felt surreal, even now I can barely even grasp that I actually killed them, the gun still feels like a toy when I pick it back up, it just all feels wrong

@fluttershy321 I just hope the one we released is gonna be ok, being taken from your home and just thrown somewhere you're not familiar with right before winter, the worst part is not knowing whether things will be alright or not
