@abigpony I wasn't specifically talking about you, just saying that if you're so smart that you don't have to try makes you more nerdy.

@abigpony Then I guess I'll have to be weak to get through my last exam. I SHALL GIVE IN AND SLEEP SOON!
-
@abigpony Doesn't the fact that you don't have to work to pass exams make you even nerdier?
-
@abigpony I AM SO OFFENDED RIGHT NOW I COULD JUST SLAP A TOASTER
-
@yodelerty i have no idea what you ponies are talking about, but i'm loving that "slap a toaster" thing
-
@abigpony Aw, shucks.
-
@pillowpony It hurt. :(
-
@fallinwinter Not necessarily. You might just be really smart.
-
@yodelerty hahahha i'm sorry
-
@abigpony I'M GIVIN' 'ER ALL SHE'S GOT, CAPTAIN
-
@pillowpony 'Salright. That toaster knows what she did.
-
@fallinwinter @yodelerty It depends on the subject really. I'm naturally talented at Math, so I was able to do well in economics with little effort. However, I had to put in more work for courses like Law and Ethics and Small Business Marketing
-
@yodelerty the toaster is female? does she have a name? (my toaster is named Bob)
-
@tenmihara Yeah, I've always been able to do well in subjects involving math. Too bad the instructors decided to ramp up the difficulty on my calculus final (compared to previous years' finals, anyways) and I ended up struggling.
-
@pillowpony No, I just call her Toaster.
nope likes this. -
@yodelerty Bleh, calculus. Calculus is where I draw the line between real math and theoretical math. I took two years of University calculus and I still have no idea what I would ever use it for
-
@tenmihara calculating at what settings a gun or canon will fire a bullet the fastest or farthest, as an engineering person I see it as pretty helpful
-
@abigpony Well the problem here seems that my definition of nerd is different from yours. Not to say that I know any official definition or anything.
-
@tenmihara Actually, calculus was integrated (olololol) into the physics class I had last semester. It was used to find certain properties of arbitrarily-shaped objects.
-
@abigpony See also: Wonka candy.
-
@tenmihara well what are your interests?
-
@tenmihara Fair enough. I actually enjoy it. >_>
