     @gluestick I think the Mother series is really interesting but they are so long that I don't think I could play them myself.

     @galaxy I enjoyed playing the Mother/Earthbound games back when I had the attention span to play RPGs all the way through. They're bright, fun games on the outside, but there's all kinds of symbolism and deeper meanings going on underneath, like the big bad guy being inspired by a rape scene in an adult movie the creator accidentally saw as a kid.
