@nerthos Nope, everypony can see the rules up there *points to the top of RDN* it's not in there, it was asked that Roleplay was kept off, but small actions are fine.

@nerthos Not as far as I am aware, rulings are made by the community with talks to the admins and mods, and they don't get effective until added to the rules link
