Also, it is so bloody cold out tonight that there's frost everywhere seemingly, nearly slipped over once or twice ^^; Car windows looked like ice.
-
@leonkfox It's snowing pretty hard over here. How often do you get snow?
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:26:27 UTC from web-
@pinhooves There's no snow, it's just so cold we have frost on the ground, car windows etc.

@thatonepony I live pretty near the coast, so snow is pretty uncommon here.

@thatonepony A half inch is nothing. Are they really that scared of snow?
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:31:19 UTC from web-
@pinhooves If you mean us o er here in the UK, we aren't nearly as used to it, that being said however I wish we were better prepared for it x.x

@pinhooves Dude, a half-inch of snow up here is the only chance we get to have snowball fights. We NEED to shut down the city so people won't miss out!

@redenchilada Half an inch isn't snow sledding material.
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:34:52 UTC from web-
@pinhooves We don't go snow sledding in the winter. We go jet-skiing in the winter.

@redenchilada Meh, the Pacific Ocean is really cold. Are you talking about lakes?
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:37:39 UTC from web-
@pinhooves The Gulf, actually.
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:38:34 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Is that in the Atlantic part of the ocean, or something else?

@thatonepony I've still yet to see snow =/ The only time Hawaii shuts down is when it rains really really really badly.
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:31:23 UTC from web-
@pumpkinhill The worst rain I've seen was in Florida. I haven't seen such strong downpours before.

Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:34:39 UTC from web-

@thatonepony What, just because it's rarely below 0c over there? That's going a little too far, don't you think?
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:33:12 UTC from web -
@thatonepony This June, we should meet somewhere and cook an egg on the sidewalk.
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:36:11 UTC from web -
@thatonepony I...don't think I would last above 100f for long.
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:36:42 UTC from web -
@thatonepony Is it dry heat? Hawaii doesn't get /that/ hot, but it does get annoying with the moisture in the air.
Tuesday, 17-Jan-12 00:37:05 UTC from web-
@pumpkinhill Aaaagh, I can't stand muggy air. I did enjoy going to Hawaii, but sheesh the weather was sometimes not enjoyable.

@thatonepony Honestly, I don't know. I'm not a big water person. I never even used the apartment complex's swimming pool this past summer!

@thatonepony I could be better. This stuff takes time. I am looking forward to coming home and give my new Twilight Sparkle plushie a hug. :3
