As much as I love FiM, Bronies etc (being on a Brony dedicated website and all :P) I felt like having a change of avatar, to that of Leon Kennedy as decipted in RE6. Has it updated yet? :) !vgp
-
@leonkfox Eeyup! I can see it!
-
@leonkfox Avatars tend to update instantly as far as I can tell.
-
@pinhooves Awesome ^^
-
@leonkfox yes!!! RE6 is real
-
@egnaroesroh I guess I'm too used to Twitter xD I didn't with this avatar, but I've had to wait for hours to see the change reflected on there before.
-
@shadowlight Yeah, you can watch the trailer on YouTube. The Leon segments look great, new guy seems interesting (if a tad too Wesker like in his combat) but Chris' gameplay is more of the cherries from RE5 it seems :/ (all action etc)
-
@leonkfox RE5 made me put the disk in the microwave
-
@thatonepony lol dyslexia
-
@thatonepony im not saying you actually have dyslexia, compare it to when people say they have ocd
-
@leonkfox RE5 was definitely not what I'd call a horror game by most standards, but I still found it fun to play with friends in co-op.
-
@thatonepony you should my misanthropist friend
-
@thatonepony i don't treat internet grammar the same same way as i treat an essay.
-
@thatonepony I don't consider it one. At all. I do consider it a game that I had fun with while playing co-op.
-
@thatonepony problems?
-
@thatonepony ugh, nevermind.
-
@egnaroesroh The odd thing is, when I first played it in 2009 on the Xbox 360 I loved it, but I bought the Playstation Move version, replayed it...and I was like "What was I THINKING?!"
-
@shadowlight I loved it when I first played it on the 360 at launch in 2009, replayed the game on Playstation Move in 2010 and...well, changed my mind a great deal.
-
@leonkfox i got mine in the bargain bin a few months ago
-
@leonkfox I can't imagine very many games playing better once motion controls are added to it.
-
@shadowlight Fair enough. Did you beat it, out of curiosity?
-
@leonkfox no but i still want to finish it though
-
@egnaroesroh Dude, Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition is THE definitive version of that game, not just because it has all of the content and the graphics of the Gamecube version, but the controls as well. I can not play RE4 with a game pad anymore thanks to it.
-
@leonkfox I just don't trust a motion sensor over a controller being held in my hands. I won't deny that the possibility of motion control can become something cool, but I've yet to be convinced that we've reached that point yet. I'd be far more interested in buying the RE4 on Xbox360 instead of the Wii version only because it has a controller. This is the same reason why I picked the Gamecube version of LoZ: Twilight Princess and why I was somewhat hesitant about Skyward Sword.
-
@egnaroesroh The HD version of Resident Evil 4 on 360 is overpriced for an old Gamecube/PS2 game, and they removed the fog affects...for no good reason. I own the game 3 times already and unless it drops in price I don't plan to make it a 4th.
-
@leonkfox Well for me it's 20 USD for a game I haven't played yet with achievements, so it's not that big a deal to me.
