@tenmihara Yes, true for me too. Though I like girls weird in a way that sometimes could be interpreted as acting a bit slutty, a little off from the world, and able to cause much problems to anypony. That means being able to have so much fun from everything, and having to understand all that she does or says in order to avoid getting in trouble xD

@tenmihara The problem is, I don't usually find them, because of those conditions. I like them that way because of a particular talent to understand things, and to be able to reach those, someone needs to be at least as learned and intelligent as me. Altough it will surely sound arrogant, with an IQ >150 and my life dedicated to knowledge, is not easy to find.

@nerthos You got me beat; my IQ was somewhere in the 120 range lol; although I'm more of an experience seeker than a knowledge seeker. Knowledge for the sake of knowledge lacks purpose, which I found depressing when I tried before

@tenmihara I want it because with enough knowledge you eventually reach apotheosis, and, there's no higher end in existence than reaching the absolute. In fact, once reached, the whole existance becomes part of you. I'm not sure the exact IQ value I have right now, but the first time I remember being tested was at age 5, with a score of 135.

@nerthos Knowledge can be an experience in and of itself lol; but a lot of the way I live my life has to do with the way I see the world. Also, kudos for using the word apotheosis; I love that word =D

@tenmihara I love it too. And yes, it is an experience in itself. The only thing about it that could be considered bad, is that you either give up with happyness or with knowledge. You can't have both at the same time. If you have the former, then you spend far too much time having fun. If you have the latter, then you see too much to be satisfied with what you have, and find that you lack much more. The song Sensorium, from Epica, says in one verse, "and the more we learn is the less we get"

@tenmihara Yes, if you want to know enough, and have a plentiful life, balancing both is the best choice. I just preffer to search for the whole and the eternity, for I know that if I die without having dedicated every effort to that, my final moments would be of anger and regret. The chances to become eternal, and eventually a god, are far from what could be seen as "worth it" but, I know I can die in peace if it's searching for them.
