I really wish I could make a video game. I have a great concept for a River City Rumble type of game, character ideas, plot, etc. I just lack the knowhow to make a game, a pixel artist, coders... It's annoying, 'cus I know it'd be a fun game.

@triscy Take some spare time and teach yourself C or Java or something like that. It's surprisingly non-difficult to figure out!

@redenchilada 'd still only be one part. I'd need background art, menu art, character art, animations, etc. It sucks when you don't have a budget sometimes.

@triscy Well, if you take the process in chunks, it's a lot less intimidating. Plus, it's easier to get spriters to help if you have code to show them.

@triscy I know only the most basic Java. Probably wouldn't be much help.

@redenchilada Plus I'd honestly want to focus more on the story and presentation of it as opposed to coding. I feel I wouldn't be good at coding games.
