Pssst, I'm in the middle of huge clash with my mother about something related to here, she's discovered evidence I went to the leeds meetup, and now because I didn't tell her I was going to Leeds; believes I was on some sort of "big gay day out" with homosexual friends because I was clearly trying to hide it from her. She's horrified

@purplephish20 Yeah, I realise that, and that's why I feel bad about it. But that someone could be so afraid of something like MLP, I can't help but find it funny. Regardless, I hope it works out between you, and that not too much blood will be shed.

I just turned round and said something like "look, I'm not gay but you are mangoesing intolerant! What's your problem with gays? You hate Jews as well, why?" she said "I just think they're a disappointment"

@flaxx @ponyray She doesn't know a thing about mlp, and it wouldn't help my case if I told her, I've just told her I went to Leeds on short notice with a few friends, so therefore I went with a load of "homo mates to go and hit the gay bars" and that's why I'm clearly hiding it from her, shes not joking she's being deadly serious, even if it comes across as a joke the way I'm typing it
