@mrdragon Donations is a great idea, but some people might do the stuff you mentioned but there is one other problem. Some users here, myself included, don't own credit cards and might not be able to donate.

@doates Legality is in a gray area... because it isn't a currency that's recognized by the world, it doesn't count for money transfers, and thus does not apply to tax laws. However, some people are arguing that it is a currency, even though no bank controls its distribution. However, backstory: Ever since Wikileaks' funding was shut down, it has been accepting bitcoin donations, which can be transformed into any currency (Euro, Pound, Dollar, etc). This is also how anonymous gets funding, since all transfers are purely anonymous (as in instead of a name connected to each account, a serial number such as b72349o23498723lk)

@the20percent i mean as long as the justice department doesn't have a law that states that bitcoin is illegal, then i will cautiously use it. i am stuck in the US, so i think i could use it.
