I recognize some of you from earlier, and I don't want to spam this [i]too[/i] much, but I'm still trying to see who would be interested in a RDN draw off to determine the [s]worst[/s] best artists here? I'm still trying to work out a few of the finer points, such as judging and incentives, but first, I'd like to get an idea of who would actually submit (I'm looking for a magic number here if I'm going to provide a prize). (If this happens, I'll likely come up with a theme to announce next weekend, then run submissions through the following one.) I know not a lot of us are artists (myself included), but it's fun, and what do you have to lose? /textwall

@dlcentaur they're the best written genres. I go into sadfics or adventure or whatever and they're usually drawn out or over-emphasize feelings and whatnot. Characters are usually HORRIBLY developed in those, though, and that's the main drawback for me when it comes to 'em. Personally, I read both of those for shiggles, so I can hardly take a fic seriously as is.

@policeman Meh, I don't think it's the best type of fic. Adventure, when it's done right, (In my opinion) can;t be beat.

@dlcentaur Last decent adventure I read was "Ponies discover 4chan" I gave up on that genre after "adventure is right outside your door" or whatever it was called.

@policeman See, I don't do adventure fanfics...because a lot of people do them, and most of the stories are not very well made.

@policeman I mean literally that I don't do them, and I also mean that I don't read them either. Now, my book isanAdventure book, but it's nothing even close to MLP, lol.

@policeman Technically yes, I've wrote a few parts, and I have a good deal of the story line and character bios done, but I haven't done any work on the bulk of the story.
