      @coltonrawrr People tend to hate things that are different, and things they don't understand. For a lot of people, furries fall into both those categories. It doesn't help that the internet has always promoted furries as "the group to bash" when you're looking for a target to hate on, of course.

      @coltonrawrr Because they're flambouyant jerks about it. Also, obsessing over their OC and stuff just makes them look like awkward manchildren. As long as they can stay quite, most people have no problem with them. It's the same with any group; furries are just the most common in terms of meeting these goals.
