Hypothetically speaking, what should one do if they run out of money for transport to get more money?

@retl Beg. If that doesn't work, borrow. If you can't borrow, steal.
-
@retl ...under what circumstances?
-
@redenchilada Okay. Thanks for the info.
-
@retl Ask for the good will of the people? Or walk around the bus stops, there's always coins there.

@nerthos That's a good option! Thanks. :3

@pawnheart Hypothetically, someone needs to travel 60 miles within an hour to two hours. Overall distance necessary is 240 miles. Known budget is $9 USD. A car is owned, but can not make the trip in <$40.
-
@retl ...I'm afraid all I can suggest is hitching...
-
@retl walk.
-
@retl I would ask a friend for a couple $, and give it back in a couple of days.

@retl Not sure how much a greyhound is for that distance...
-
@pawnheart The bus... not... the dog. Still, that would be pretty funny. Possibly.

@techdisk42 Well, it's an option. Thanks. :3
-
@nerthos BRILLIANT!
-
@retl my parents once used it to power my mom's car from a highway off ramp to a gas station, it's safe.
-
@techdisk42 Nope. Hypothetical situation has no lawn mowers at all.
-
@retl well... mangoes. Got any pedal power with ya? Or public transit? It can't be more than 9 bucks to transit there.
-
@retl I'm pretty sure any real friend would let you borrow $50 if you asked.
-
@techdisk42 I wrote down those options. :D
-
@nerthos (Provided they have the money and the proximity/transport to lend it.) But yeah, I wrote it down. Thanks. :D
