@conventrix well around 10, not exactly because I don't think every pegasi in ponyville has perfect 10.0 wingpower. It might be pretty high is Cloudsdale, because of the huge pegasus population, they must take pride in the power of cloudsdalian pegasi.

so what's the average wingpower among pegasi? I imagine after hurricane fluttershy it was around 10, and it may be higher in cloudsdale. what do you think?

@zimzap I still think it's a funny system. The pegasus who created it must have been a fairly lousy flier.

@zimzap I don't think the population size would have as much to do with it as the fact they fly everywhere.

@eaglehooves I don't even know why I mentioned population. but cloudsdalians do fly everywhere and are enlisted for heavy jobs
