@ponyray haven't thought too much about it yet i'm afraid. i'll probably make decisions over the next couple of days and let everyone know then. I haven't actually been to newcastle for over two years now, and haven't visited the metro centre since I was about 8, so I might have to take a trip down at some point to figure out exactly where everything is. Expect at least some details in a couple of days.

@sparkstorm hey, I never asked, did your dad ask any more about what you had been doing in Leeds at the last meetup? or was he satisfied with your 'people who share a common interest' answer?
-
@trister When my parents asked who was there I simply said "friends". Turns out fooling them is VERY easy XD
-
@sparkstorm especially if they follow your posts? Yeah I can pretty much never use "friends from school" cuz I'm rippin homeschooled...
-
@sparkstorm ah, I see. do you think you'll be attending another one this month? i'm looking at the 28th, going to solidify things over the next day or so
-
@trister I'm hoping to attend as many as possible. Whenever one is local enough I'll try to be there.
-
@sparkstorm cool, i'll be posting details here in a day or two so check back
-
@trister Will do!
-
@purplephish20 awesome, can I get a link to that please?
-
@ponyray well I basically need to know how easy it would be to get there by train, since anyone who drives in will likely know the area already, and how far away the asda/toys r us you mentioned are, and whether it would be practical to walk to them. Metro center should have plenty of places to sit around and get something cheap to eat so they are both crossed off the list, other than that it's just a case of train times and anything else that we want to do
-
@trister if I can find it on my iPod, yeah
