  1. I've not beaten Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy HD yet, but I decided to play Jak II some more to see if I can have even a slight change of heart towards it. I didn't expect to, seeing as how I hated the game when I played it back in the day, but I'll be damned if I'm not actually having fun with it o_O I do still very much miss the charm of the original and wish Jak had gotten actual character development to be the way he is in this game, and I do still hate the GTA aspects it has, but I have actually had fun with it! It's still vastly inferior to the original, but I may well actually see it to the end for the first time! !vgp

    1. @leonkfox Trust me, the beginning of jak 2 is slow but it gets absolutely fantastic halfway through. There's a really cool glitch ive used that makes you be able to skip the first 2 thirds (it basically involves walking through a door you actually spent a lot of the game trying to open.) which then activates the missions from that point in the game onwards

      1. @purplephish20 I never ever had an issue with the pacing, my issues with it were what I discussed in the video I did for the HD Collection when I got it, and some of them are still very much relevant.
