@theawesomepony It's the best! I have an old slow-as-molasses Eris from last year, and StatusNet Mobile is like the only app that runs even decently smooth.

@theawesomepony It's actually from last year. They don't even make it anymore. And it used to run really well with Android 1.6 but everyone wanted 2.1. So HTC released an update for it, and now the Eris runs like crap, because the hardware wasn't designed to handle 2.1

@gear Err? I have 2.2 on my Hero (Sprint's Eris) and it runs fine. In fact I think it's smoother than it was before with 1.5 on it.

@starshine That's what everyone who has the Hero says. I really don't know what the issue with mine is. I had it replaced last June, because the first one I had bricked. (probably because I was app killing like a maniac) Supposedly I'm eligible for an upgrade, but if I'm not, I'm really considering rooting my phone.
