@dlcentaur It's the first one, the ohiobronies have done a number of meetups, and after the S2 premiere they decided to go big. As for lodging, I have family in Columbus.

@eaglehooves Ahh, ok. I was just wondering where everypony would be bunking during the night. I heard that there is a hotel nearby...but hotels are EXPENSIVE! (Not to mention the Con, the stuff I may buy at the Con, and the 3 hour trip to get there D: )

@misterthebrony Get someone who can. Contact another, older, brony (Maybe who lives nearby or MAYBE one on the internet [be careful with internet people]) and they can rent the place while you give them your share of money

@dlcentaur I'm not sure to what recommend, all the hotels in the part of town I'm staying aren't exactly cheap, but you probably could look around and score a deal if you really wanted to.

@dlcentaur You can't navigate Columbus without a car, so you'd get burned for rental or taxis (and CMH isn't near the University) if you flew.

@dlcentaur I'd try any of the Michigan groups, see if somepony will carpool and split a room. I've never road tripped solo, I've put down 200 miles in a weekend on two occasions in the name of pony.

@thatonepony I got no means of getting there or anything. Even if I did/could go to it, I'd only go with my friend who is hardly a brony and I'd feel uncomfortable or whatever. I'd never do anything brony alone be it buying toys or going to cons.

@thatonepony Man, it ain't me. no matter how hard I try, I don't belong with bronies. I need ones I know to keep me from walking out more than anything. As for toys and stuff, I just don't want to look like "That weird guy who comes into Toys R Us to buy ponies all the time" as opposed to "that group"
