I'm really undecided on which blogging engine to use. Jekyll, habari, pyblosxom, drupal... Static or PHP? Which is your favourite? !arch

Jekyll is really easy to use, AFAIK.

I'd say it partly depends on your server. At home, my server is very small and WordPress (and PHP) tend to run poorly.

That said, Octopress (http://octopress.org/), which uses Jekyll, looks pretty nice. Here's an example blog using it: http://is.gd/avzWna

@mvdan I went for #Habari. Lightweight and well-coded although 0.8 is quite new and lacking in compatible themes. Works nicely under #nginx.
