I'm guessing Steam Achievements are kinda like PS3 trophies and don't actually do anything except show friends how I play the game?

@retl Well, I know in TF2, theres actually items you get if you get so many achievements.

@psychostreak Yeah, Achievement Milestones, although it seems a useless feature given how I'm given so many bloody weapon drops. I'm not even a medic and I have just about all his unlockable equipment besides the medieval update items.
