@greydragon412 I guess that's fair enough. I see the pony creator as a good starting point, as you don't need drawing skill to actually produce a pony. Then again, for me, I haven't found a need to go back to my first icon.

@scribble Most pathetic thing I saw was an ask tumblr for one of those. It was an awful Mary-sue alicorn with an awful story, and he actually admitted to paying for it OOC.

@eaglehooves Just goes to show that some people actually have more money than imagination. Personally, I'd refuse them to have an OC if they can't come up with one themselves.

@greydragon412 I know I can't draw that well, so I either wait it out until I can get a request/order a commission, or find free software that can allow me to make some kind of basis.

@pony I would still not have an icon if it weren't for pony creator. Worse, I'd have eventually ended up commissioning an icon with a terrible color combination! Pony creator let me fix my color choices so that my OC wouldn't look stupid.

@greydragon412 I have yet to draw mine myself, but I know how I wanted him to look, and. @pinhooves bought him to life for the first time, and I've used that ever since. (Dark blue fur, orange mane...not particularly creative but hey, I love the colour combination so...yeah :P It's how I'd want to look if I became a pony in some freak universe, essentially. It has no personality though, it's just an avatar for me.

@pony Anything of that nature I have to offer would cost more than the image. However, it might serve as good practice and get me to actually do something productive. So, let's say python programming.

@toksyuryel Python you say?! Hmm.. Well It's not Python, but I do have a programming-related desire.. Do you have any experience with bots? I'd love to learn how to set one up for RDN and run it on XP so that it could dash certain updates made to Soulshine's tumblr and my Youtube channel.

@dudeinboots you want to name the fic? What I usually do for things I write is have a working title, and then after it's complete I name it according to the overall theme/tone/etc.

@pony Only way to get experience is to try. This seems like it ought to be feasible with Python, but a bot feels like the wrong way to go about it and I have zero skill at working with Windows; I've barely even touched a Windows OS since 2004.

@pony I've done some thinking and I believe this may be workable as a greasemonkey script. I'd just have to learn how to make one of those. I'll get back to you on that.
