    A public RDN IRC wouldn't really be necessary IMO, considering any chat that goes on in there would pretty much be what goes on here and that might end up with a north/south divide in community on that

      @anubins Yeah, pretty much. I could see benefit in having one for private moderator discussion, though.

        @redenchilada Naturally, but even then a small IM group on another service could probably just work better. Hell, even gathering people on Steam and inviting to a group chat works in some occasions

          @anubins That would probably even work. I think we all have Steam accounts too, lol.

            @redenchilada I would find it surprising if the ratio of Steam account ownership to not Steam account ownership isn't higher in the former side
