Guys, I just had my browsers (had Firefox and Chrome open) crash. Once they'd opened, Firefox told me that BetterSurf wanted to install itself. Chrome had already installed it. (hurr) If you run into this, I believe it is malware. A search tells me it injects in-texts advertisements. IF YOU RUN INTO THIS, Simply disable the addons and delete the BetterSurf folder in your Program Files. (Also, I'm being told it's somehow being injected from YouTube possibly, so be careful guys.)

@coffeecream And if I haven't got Program Files :-)?

@xrevan86 don't know. Depending on the exploit it may affect Linux users. The payload itself is a folder with a chrome crx file, Firefox xpi and IE dll

@coffeecream probably a malicious exe file's been run. It's suspicious that the 'addon' has 'installed itself' in Chrome & FF at same time

@coffeecream I would consider the whole windows system as potentially #compromised now.

@coffeecream @mcscx Errr... Windows has been compromised since like 98.
